Winging It on Big Toot

For the past two weeks we have been spending our time hauling "Big Toot" to North West Regional for assembly of the Wings and solid welding of the wing fittings to the fuselage.  Once accomplished, all this work is for 16 wing mounting holes to be drilled in the wing fittings.  This is a Very Joyful occasion for both Phil Witt and me.  We have both been looking forward to this day for a long time.   Phil indicated to a fellow Tooter Gary Platner, who happened by for a visit, that this will be the most accurate Toot ever built.  Please take a look at the pictures and enjoy our JOY!
